Signs of Low Testosterone ( and yes woman have this too)

Low Testosterone Symptoms are real for both men and women.

Low sex drive, low sex performance, hair loss, fatigue, muscle loss, increased body fat, mood disorders, fogginess, sleep problems. Low T is also linked to obesity, diabetes, atherosclerosis , male breasts and hot flashes .

In men it is known as Andropause and is the equivalent to women's menopause when their sex hormones decrease.

If your in your 90's not such a big deal to have these symptoms, however, if you are in your 30's, 40's, 50' even your 60's its not ok, just like women who go through menopause early due to hormone levels being too low, causing stress on the body.

Beginning around the age of 30, hormones start to drop by 1% to 3% each year, contributing to a litany of symptoms and a slow, steady deterioration in health. Opting for healthier lifestyle choices and restoring hormone balance helps hormone-deficient adults regain a balanced, healthy hormone state so their bodies function optimally.

With low T, Men Tend to be more estrogenic ( belly out front, man boobs) and women tend to get more androgenic ( facial hair, oily, acne)

Are you consuming enough FAT?

Why? Because hormones are made from FAT. If your fat consumption is not adequate for your body your hormones will also be low. ( want to know how much fat you should be consuming, check out my nutrition plan option)

So what can you do?

Run a lab test.
